After finishing Ian's Lake Superior workshop, I had a day to myself to explore. Alger Falls is unavoidable if you're visiting Munising, Michigan in the Upper Peninsula. Located at the junction of M-28 and M-94 just outside of town, it's easily visible from the road. You don't even need to get out of your car to appreciate the view. While there are thousands of photographs from the roadside, moving up the falls seemed to offer other views. There weren't the usual group of tourists for me to annoy, so I climbed about three quarters of the way up and waited for the sun to appear over the top of the hill to create visual interest with a sun star. C and C welcome. Happy Holidays to all the monkeys.
