Hi.
This picture was shot at one of my favourite beaches near my home in North Devon, England.
The beach in question is Barricane Beach which is a popular spot for surfers and holiday makers alike......which is why I like it most in winter, the headland in the distance is Morte Point.
Fujifilm GFX50s with 32-64mm R LM WR lens @ 32mm ISO 100 2sec @ f11

I love everything about this shot, the wonderful boulder in the foreground, the silky motion of the water swirling around the rock and the streaky clouds that make a circular pattern reflecting the circle of water around the rock. Super shot.
Thank you Frances really appreciate your kind comments. Itt is nice when all the elements come together. I did get my boots full of water getting this picture.
Must have had really cold feet!
Immediately went out and bought some waders..... Fed up with getting wet and cold feet...
This is a lovely photo. I would be hard pressed to know anything substantive to say to improve it. From a purely personal standpoint, I suspect I would have processed it to make it a little warmer overall and perhaps do a selective edit to the sky to get a bit more contrast and "drama" there. But that is just my taste; I really love what you've got here.
