A great place to be but, for me, there is too much going on and not a real focal point or center of interest. The brown seal in the middle is a distraction as is the peguin on the far left whose flipper is cut off by the edge of the frame. However, it is useful as one of those images that sets the scene when telling friends or family about the trip.
Thank you Frances (nice name) for your input. I agree this image is a bit busy but it was meant as an environment of life for these King Penguins and their home in South Georgia. I also agree the seal just didn't cooperate and lift his head. The flipper you see is actually the body of another penguin. I selectively cut him off as they were all very close. This is a new approach for me as I either do landscape or wildlife not both. Again thank you for your input.
