Seems like every time I am able to get to beach it is cloudy and overcast in the mornings, so no sunrise - just overcast. The Jetty at Herring Point in Cape Henlopen State Park is a favorite place for the local surfers, so I did get some cool pics of them, but not sure if I can post them here or not. So since the awesome rocks covered in moss still make an interesting shot and allows me to practice my visual flow for composition. I just need to figure out how to keep the tripod from washing away - standing just at the ocean edge, the tide wants to take me and everything out to sea!
If anything, I would have liked more movement in the water - in the middle of the shot, but to get that, I would not have the wave in the background and without a sunrise, I felt I needed something in the background besides just gray ocean.
