After several days of heavy overcast skies on the beaches of Olympic National Park, the skies cleared and we had a beautiful sunset. This image was taken at Second Beach as the sun was lighting up the sky and illuminating the tidal pools.
This shot was taken with a Nikon Z6 + Nikon S 24-70mm f/4 lens. ISO 100, 24mm, f/14, 5 sec w/6-stop ND filter.

Really nice! This came too late for me to include in Episode 2 of The Photo Critique, but I suspect this will be featured in Episode 3!
Thanks Ian. I look forward to seeing Episode 2!
Very nice image! Great composition and exposure perfect with good detail in the highlights AND the shadows. As a suggestion, maybe you could try to ever-so-lightly warm the image a bit and maybe add a little contrast to the rock with the trees in the center to make what already is a very good image even better.
Thanks for the feedback Andrew. I will tweak the image as you suggest and see how it looks.
