We were dropped off in a field of these baobab trees, amidst a farm of Agave sisalana plants (grown for sisal) with very sharps tips. I meandered for about an hour throughout a 1/4 square mile section, looking for compositions with these amazingly photogenic trees. I really like how much the clouds add to the composition. When I was done, someone pointed out that my pants legs were all bloody--I got stuck many times trying to wend my way through these agaves, but it was well worth it. Taken in October, 2018 in Madagascar. Canon 5D Mark IV, Rokinon SP 14mm f/2.5 lens at 20 seconds, ISO 5000, f/2.8. Processed in Lightroom and Photoshop. I cropped off the top of the picture.
