This seascape was shot one very misty morning at the small seaside town of Still Bay in South Africa. It was a dreary morning and I took up the challenge to see if I could salvage something decent. I liked the scene for the leading line created by the rocks leading eventually to the two birds which could act as a resting place for the eye. Because there was nothing of interest above the horizon I decided to go the surrealistic way and add a starry sky. The photo was shot with a Canon 6D camera using a 24-105mm f4 lens at f16, ISO400 and shutter speed of 1/125 sec.
