Hi everyone, Episode 5 of The Photo Critique is now available. The theme of this episode is "visual counterpoint," which is the creative juxtaposition of two or more visual elements to help balance a photo composition in an energetic way. I like to use counterpoint as a compositional technique when making photos, and I think it is a tool that should be in every photographer's creative arsenal. Also, I share some personal favorites from the Digital Dumpster Challenge. Enjoy!

Of all of the photography groups, learning courses or whatever, for me, I get more from watching and following these critiques, I can honestly say the ebook - Visual Flow was the start of me hopefully being a better photographer, I now plan and actually look for the shapes, colors, foreground, mid-ground and background when planning my photo shoots
Thanks Buddy, I'm glad to hear that!
