This image was made in Upper Antelope Canyon in April, 2018. This is an HDR blend in LR of two manually bracketed images in camera. I titled this image "The Lioness and Rhino - See Them?" All of my Upper Antelope Canyon images are more special to me now that tours are closed to photographers other than point and shoot and cell phone. Tripods no longer allowed.
Nikon D850 + Nikkor 24-70mm Lens, Tripod, Remote Release. 1/2s f10 ISO100 24mm.
I like this as an abstract—lovely
No. It is an overhead perspective, camera looking up, with two images exposure bracketed 2-stops apart. Blended in LR using the Photo Merge HDR option. If I moved two or three steps either direction the perspective would have changed.
Apologies Faith. I read your post wrong. I though you were asking if this an abstract. I need to get my coffee in the morning before posting replies.
No problem, Tom...and I do see the lioness and the rhino!
I see something that looks like a sheep, or maybe a wolf in sheep's clothing. Never mind. It's a gorgeous image. You are so lucky to have been there and been able to use a tripod.
