Taken last fall at Harris Beach State Park, Brookings, Oregon, one of our favorite places to visit and photograph. We were fortunate that evening when some dramatic clouds hung around as the sun was setting.

Quite nice. I like the contrast of the foreground rocks and the blurred water from a long exposure. Multiple exposure? The remaining portion of the image seems to be at a faster shutter speed showing little blurring.
Hi, Bob
I had to go back and look at my settings because I could not remember if I used my Lee Big Stopper or just a slow shutter speed. It is a single shot of iso 100, 28mm, f22, .5 secs with my 5DMIII. Thank you for taking to time to comment on my pic. Glad you like it!
Love how this is composed. Plenty to keep my eye moving around the image, though I do wish there was a bit more detail in the shadows...
Thank you, Zeph, for your comments on my Bird Island Sunset image! Do you specifically mean "detail in the shadows" of the rocks or shadows in general?
The foreground rocks seem dark on my screen.
@Zeph Van Allen , I appreciate your insight, thank you!
Really lovely composition!
