Was wondering how you guys change lenses when in the field. I find this challenging so as to limit the possibility of dust, dirt, etc intrusion. Amy tricks?
Thanks (tried posting on the shuttemonkeys forum but site won't allow).

Hi Tina, not that I'm a pro, but I try to do my best to keep everything in my backpack on the ground, so the sides of my pack and everything block wind and all. And of course changing very very quickly, so I try to have everything ready to go before I actually change the lens. And I guess lastly I try to make sure I block any wind or water spray or dust with my body. I'm kinda nuts about it all haha. Of course these are all dictated by whatever current photo situation is going on. Sometimes you just have to change the lens quick and get the shot! And I dunno if you celebrate it where you are, but hope you have a happy Thanksgiving if you do.
Hi Tina, I'm the worst person to ask, since like most pros I am absolutely horrible to my equipment. 99% of the time I just change my lenses without thinking twice about it! If the wind is blowing a lot of sand or spray around, I at least turn my back to the wind to protect my camera when changing the lens, and I'll even open up my jacket to provide a little extra protection if needed. Most cameras these days have pretty good automatic internal sensor cleaning mechanisms, and dust isn't as much as a problem as it was 10 years ago. But, I guess it still makes sense to be careful if you can!
Thank you guys for your feedback. Apologize for taking so long to respond; had been wrapping my time up in Canada. I suppose my hopes for some magic trick were delusional! A bit bummed as I am dealing with some rather stubborn ? on my sensor and needing to clean it without destroying it.
