Thank you Jeremey! When I took the shot, I noticed that the clouds were forming somewhat of a circle, and tried to line the rocks in the foreground to the same pattern.
This is one of my favorite images from this past spring in Norway. Please let me know what you guys think about it. Nikon D850 with PC Nikkor 19mm f/4E. That tilt-shift lens is amazing for landscape work!
This is one of my better images from a recent trip to Hawaii. I wrote about how I processed this image and why I like it on my blog ( https://theartfulengineer.com/volcanic-dawn ), but I'd be interested to hear what you guys think about it, good or bad. Can any of you find the animal in this image?
Lovely, Lisa--love the clouds and their reflection.
Thank you for the kind words, Faith!
I like how the clouds almost form a circle, and the rocks in the water give a nice anchor, really nice photo!

Love the radial pattern of the composition and the moody blues!
Thank you, Ian. I appreciate the kind words!
