I had dreamt of visiting this lake in Colorado for a long time and finally got the chance last fall. It was as beautiful as I'd hoped, but very windy and cold. I actually got a bit lost trying to find it, but thankfully found it before sunrise. The subtle fall color in the foliage adds a nice dash of color I think. Anyway, pretty standard shot, but wanted to share.

Canon EOS RP, 16-35 f/4 @ 24mm, f/9, 1.3 seconds, ISO 800 (it was really windy!)
I really like the composition but something about the processing disturbs me. I feel the sky is too light or the foreground too dark. Maybe lighten the foreground a little. I know it should be darker than the sky but it seems too dark for such a light sky. Just my impression. Otherwise, a beautiful location with lovely fall colors and reflection.
Hey Frances, thanks for the input. Here's a slightly brighter foreground.
It's not a ton brighter, but still maintains how it looked when there, what's your thoughts?
Much better. A beautiful image. Glad you found the lake!
Thanks, Frances, and thanks for the suggestion. I'm glad I found the lake, too!
