My wife and I were touring Etosha National Park in Namibia when we stopped near a herd of zebras. The zebras were walking from left to right in front of us, through an area of back lighting. Ahead of them were two lions resting under a tree. I was hoping that when the zebras saw the lions, they would run back the way they had come, kicking up dust in the back lit area. They not only ran back to the left when they saw the lions; they also turned toward my camera when they got to the back lit area, raising a cloud of dust. I was ready for them with my camera.
