Probably my favorite type of backyard bird. They make a funny sound. This is a white-breasted nuthatch. Maybe not the best shot, but since it's one of the first half way serious attempts at photography I've taken in a while, I'll share! Haha.

I like the pose and space given to it. Good job - that tiny eye dominates and you wonder (least i do ;) ) what it's thinking and where it's going to flit to next. GReat stuff
