I'll be heading back to the Arctic in November to photograph polar bears in Canada. In previous years, I've gone to Alaska for polar bears. I photographed this precocious cub several years aback. Polar bears are an amazing species to see in person, I can't wait to be back with them!

Hi Olaf! I was in a boat offshore, so I was close to being at eye-level with the bear on the shore.
