This polar bear walked pretty close to me, maybe getting about 40 feet away before I beat a hasty retreat back into the vehicle. When photographing wildlife, I'm always looking to capture moments when the animal has a dynamic pose. Eye contact certainly helps too! Canon 5DIV, Tamron 150-600mm lens.
I chose to isolate this Ross's Goose from the chaos of this massive fly off. I thought this would identify the subject while retaining the elements in the composition. Nikon D500, Tamron 150-600mm G2, F8, ISO 640, 1/2000 sec
